Baked mini laccha tokri chaat
Perfect spicy and tasty baked mini laccha tokri chaat recipe is here. Laccha tokri is basically made by deep frying it in to oil but here we will make it by baking it in to oven to avoid deep frying. Crunch of potatoes julienne is the base of tokri and this tokri is filled with various different taste like boiled potato, peas, chickpeas with overloaded curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney. Instructions
  1. First in a bowl add potatoes, corn flour, rice flour and salt
  2. Mix it well
  3. Grease muffin tray with oil and spread this mixture on it
  4. Give the shape of tokri by pressing it with hands
  5. Bake it in oven at 200•c for 30-35 minutes or till you get nice golden brown colour
  6. Put all the stuffing and drizzle curd and chutneys on it
  7. Serve it immediately

  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilly
  • Boiled chana/chickpeas
  • Boiled peas
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Namkeen
  • Curd
  • Sweet chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Onion chopped

Preparation

  • First in a bowl add potatoes, corn flour, rice flour and salt in a bowl
  • Mix it well
  • Grease muffin tray with oil and spread this mixture on it
  • Give the shape of tokri by pressing it with hands
  • Bake it in oven at 200•c for 30-35 minutes or till you get nice golden brown colour
  • Put all the stiffing and drizzle curd and chutneys on it
  • Serve it immediately
