Instructions
  1. Prepare a dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes on rest
  2. In a pan, saute all vegetables for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add all sauces and salt
  4. Add black pepper and noodles and all the sauces
  5. Mix it well and allow it to cook down
  6. Now from dough make a big ball and with rolling pin and make paratha
  7. Put the stuffing in it and cover it
  8. Dust it with dry flour and make paratha
  9. Cook it from both the sides on tawa
  10. Serve hot

Ingredients

For stuffing

  • Chopped cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Capsicum
  • Beans
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce
  • Red chilly sauce
  • Green chilly sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Tomato sauce
  • Boiled noodles

For dough

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 spoons oil
  • Water

Preparation

  • Prepare a dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes on rest

  • Add black pepper and noodles and all the sauces
