Market style dry veg manchurian recipe. Manchurian is a chinese recipe and you can serve this with fried rice and noodles. It is very spicy and delicious recipe to eat. Try this at your home.

Instructions
  1. First in a large bowl take onion, capsicum, carrot , spring onion, cabbage and ginger garlic paste
  2. Add salt and black pepper
  3. Add cornflour and make a dough
  4. Make balls and deep fry it till golden brown
  5. In a pan take oil and saute chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, cabbage, capsicum, carrot for 1-2 minutes
  6. Add water, salt, black pepper and all the sauces
  7. Wait for 2-3 minutes and add manchurian balls
  8. Cook it for 1-2 minutes till its get dry completely
  9. Garnish it with cabbage juliennes and spring onion
  10. Serve hot

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbsp chopped beans
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilly sauce or as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped green chilly
  • Oil for frying
