Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup multi grain wheat flour
Salt
Carom seeds
Oil
Preparation
Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
With the help of water, prepare a dough.
Allow it to rest for 20 mins.
Make a thin and big paratha, cut it into stripes.
Fold it on your fingers and make a ball.
Press it with your finger and make paratha.
Cook it on tawa till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot.
