Instructions
  1. Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. With the help of water, prepare a dough.
  3. Allow it to rest for 20 mins.
  4. Make a thin and big paratha, cut it into stripes.
  5. Fold it on your fingers and make a ball.
  6. Press it with your finger and make paratha.
  7. Cook it on tawa till golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve hot.

  • 1/2 cup multi grain wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Carom seeds
  • Oil
