Sabudana in pizza style
Very different but healthy sabudana/sago pizza recipe. Delicious to eat and easy to make. Good for kids also. You can make this in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try this recipe of pizza at your home.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add sago, potato, peanuts, fresh coriander
  2. Add salt, red chilly, oregano, chilly flakes, garam masala, coriander powder and jeera powder
  3. Mix it and prepare a dough and keep this in refrigerator for 15 minutes
  4. After 15 minutes and take non stick pan on which you want to make pizza
  5. Grease it with oil and spread dough with your hand and give the shape of pizza
  6. Switch on the flame and let it cook
  7. In tomato ketchup, mix ginger garlic paste and red chilly sauce
  8. Turn the side of pizza and apply tomato ketchup and all the vegetables of your choice
  9. Spread grated paneer and mozzarella cheese
  10. Again cover it with lid and allow it to cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes
  11. Serve hot

  • 1 cup boiled grated potato
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilly sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated paneer
  • Capsicum julienne
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Sweet corn
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • Oregano
  • Chilly flakes
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Jeera powder

Preparation
