Teekha masala for vada pav
Very spicy vada pav teekha masala chutney. This is generally served with vada pav and it helps to enhanced the taste of vada pav. Very spicy with a combination of roasted peanuts, coconut and sesame with a strong flavour of garlic. Try this at your home and see the recipe below
Roast peanuts, coconut, sesame and garlic separately
Let it cool down
Churn all in grinder by adding all the spices and salt until its become fine powder
Tekha masala is ready to serve

2 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 tbsp roasted coconut
2 tbsp roasted sesame
4-5 cloves
Roasted garlic
2 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
Pinch of asafoetida
Preparation
Roast peanuts, coconut, sesame and garlic separately
Let it cool down
