Teekha masala for vada pav

  1. Roast peanuts, coconut, sesame and garlic separately
  2. Let it cool down
  3. Churn all in grinder by adding all the spices and salt until its become fine powder
  4. Tekha masala is ready to serve

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp roasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame
  • 4-5 cloves
  • Roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch of asafoetida

Preparation

  • Roast peanuts, coconut, sesame and garlic separately
  • Let it cool down
  • Churn all in grinder by adding all the spices and salt until its become fine powder
  • Tekha masala is ready to serve
