  1. Mix all the spices into potato, paneer and peas mixture separately
  2. First make maida roti and put paneer stuffing
  3. Second put besan roti on it and fill peas filling
  4. Third put wheat flour roti and put potato filling
  5. Cover it with maida roti and cook it on tawa by greasing oil on both side
  6. Serve hot

  • Wheat flour dough
  • All-purpose flour dough
  • Gram flour dough
  • Boiled mash potato
  • Grated paneer
  • Boiled mashed peas
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Coriander powder

Preparation

  • Mix all the spices into potato, paneer and peas mixture seperately
  • First make maida roti and put paneer stuffing
  • Second put besan roti on it and fill peas filling
  • Third put wheat flour roti and put potato filling
  • Cover it with maida roti and cook it on tawa by greasing oil on both side
