Tri colour idli recipe
Try this healthy recipe of idli in your breakfast. A very colourful tri colour idly recipe without adding food colours are the healthy option for your breakfast. Three different colours of three different healthy vegetables like beetroot, carrot and spinach. A mix of various chopped vegetables with sooji makes it a complete breakfast. Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix sooji, all vegetables and all the spices
  2. Divide this into three equal portions
  3. Prepare first bowl batter with spinach puree
  4. Second bowl batter with carrot puree
  5. And the third bowl batter with beetroot puree
  6. Add baking powder separately in each bowl
  7. Grease idli stand and pour the batter and steam cook
  8. Serve hot

  • Garam masala
  • Red chilly
  • Coriander powder
  • Chat masala
  • Fresh coriander
  • Sooji
  • Curry leaves
  • Boiled mash potato
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Boiled peas
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Baking powder

Preparation

  • In a large bowl mix sooji, all the vegetables and all the spices
