Tri-colour khaman dhokla
Try this perfect tri colour khaman dhokla at home. Three different layer with three different flavours. One layer is of green chutney and the second one is of paneer and fresh coconut along with the final and top layer if tomato sauce. Super easy to make and good to be served in breakfast. Instructions
  1. First mix all ingredients and transfer this in to greased tin and steam cook for 15 minutes or you can use microwave.
  2. In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add a cup of water, salt, sugar, green chillies and lime juice and wait till 3-4 boils to come
  4. Now cut dhokla into four layer
  5. On bottom one apply green chutney and put another layer
  6. On it put paneer slices and fresh coconut
  7. On third apply tomato sauce and put final layer
  8. Pour tadka on it and garnish it with coconut and coriander

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp fruit salt
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • Green chutney
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Paneer slices
  • Fresh coconut grated
  • Coriander
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves

Preparation

  • First mix all ingredients and transfer this in to greased tin and steam cook for 15 minutes or you can use microwave.
