Tri colour poori recipe
A different and easy tri colour poori recipe for your perfect breakfast and yummy dinner. It is an easy and healthy option for your kids lunch box. Three different taste of beetroot, paneer and spinach makes it yummy and beautiful. All the veggies like beetroot, paneer and spinach are good for our health but kids generally don't want to eat this. This is the perfect way to make these veggies for your kids. Instructions
  1. In flour, mix all spices and divide this in three bowls
  2. With spinach puree prepare a tight dough with first bowl flour
  3. With beetroot prepare second bowl flour
  4. And with paneer and water prepare the third one
  5. Keep it aside for 1 hour
  6. Divide the dough and make poori
  7. Deep fry in hot oil
  8. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Chat masala
  • Dry mango powder
  • Beetroot juice
  • Spinach juice/puree
  • Grated paneer

Preparation

  • In a flour mix all spices and divide this in three bowls
  • With spinach puree prepare a tight dough with first bowl flour
  • With beetroot prepare second bowl flour
  • And with paneer and water prepare the third one
